Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and sd333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the sd333 platform at sd333.app, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these terms and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

This Agreement applies to all services provided by sd333, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, fishing games, promotional offers, the sd333 VIP programme, and all associated payment and account management services. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the sd333 platform.

sd333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their sd333 account. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current terms governing your use of sd333.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the sd333 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. sd333 operates a strict 18+ policy without exception. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or collecting winnings on this platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether self-imposed through sd333's own responsible gaming tools or through an external body.
• You must not reside in or access the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when making financial transactions on the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

sd333 takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the sd333 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or through the use of proxy or VPN services — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account with sd333, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. The information required includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not use fictitious details, names belonging to other persons, or temporary/disposable contact information.

• All information provided at registration must match the identification documents you submit during any subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sd333 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify sd333 immediately if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• sd333 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other person under any circumstances.

KYC Verification

sd333 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with its internal anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection policies. Verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or as part of a routine account review. Documents accepted for KYC purposes include government-issued photo identification (NID, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, sd333 may restrict certain account functions including withdrawal processing. sd333 will not charge any fee for the KYC verification process. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the sd333 Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sd333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sd333 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The sd333 cashier currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit at the platform level, however individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your sd333 wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits may require up to 2 business hours to be confirmed and credited.
• sd333 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside sd333's control.
• All deposited funds must be wagered at least once on any eligible game before a withdrawal can be requested, unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.
• sd333 reserves the right to reject deposits that appear to originate from third-party sources not belonging to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. sd333 applies this policy to prevent fraud and to comply with AML obligations.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–6 hours for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• sd333 may request additional documentation before approving withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 within a 30-day period as part of its AML monitoring process.
• Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
• sd333 reserves the right to withhold and investigate any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms abuse, or bonus misuse.

Bonuses & Promotions

sd333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the point of offer. Players are strongly advised to read the individual terms of any bonus before opting in, as wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods vary between offers.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash).
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• sd333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting any active bonus already credited to a player's account.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the stated withdrawal process once wagering requirements have been met.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play across accounts — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL season will carry their own specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the sd333 platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming. Each game operates according to the individual rules published by its provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game-specific rules are available within each game's information panel.

• All game outcomes on sd333 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. sd333 does not modify game outcomes after a round has been initiated.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game error during a round, sd333's system logs will be used to determine the correct resolution. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on sd333's side, the wager placed will be returned to the player's balance.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the platform are final. sd333 does not cancel confirmed bets at a player's request except in clearly documented error situations.
• For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet.
• In-play (live) sports bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. sd333 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at its discretion where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.
• Void bets (e.g., in sports betting where an event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time has elapsed) will be refunded to the player's cash balance in full.

Collusion and Cheating

Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, chip dumping in poker, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. sd333 employs automated monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns and will investigate and act on any credible evidence of unfair play. Confirmed cases will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the sd333 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. sd333 reserves the right to take immediate action — up to and including permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds — in response to any of the following:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment verification process.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the sd333 platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to obscure your true geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or use the sd333 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an sd333 account.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus-hunting strategies that are designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine recreational play intent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to interact with sd333 games or sports betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sd333 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data, game source code, or odds-feed data from the sd333 platform.

Where sd333 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the platform reserves the right to void all bets and game rounds associated with the breach, confiscate any balance accrued as a result of the prohibited activity, permanently close the account, and where legally required, report the conduct to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

sd333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by sd333.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment instruments.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their sd333 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Prior to closing the account, any remaining withdrawable cash balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. sd333 will notify the account holder by email prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero, the account is reactivated by the player, or the account is formally closed. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be archived and deregistered.
